We have been asked to forward a communication by TRG Founder Memberships Holdings Limited explaining that Dunas Fractional Owners will now be able to view their statements when they become Members of the TRG Founder Memberships Holdings Website - www.trgfmholdings.com
Dear Member
You may be aware that in improving the service to Members, the statements for Members of the Companies with an interest in the TRG Llana Resort were published online via the TRG Founder memberships Holdings Website in May of this year. We are now happy to announce that the statements for Dunas Owners have just been published on the website.
If you have already accessed the website as a Member, then you will be able to log on using the same process that you did for Llana and you will be able to see both Llana and Dunas Statements for your Memberships in the same place.
However, if you have never accessed the TRG Founder Memberships Holdings web-page as a Member, then you will receive an e-mail inviting you to log in. You will be directed towards a page where you can use your e-mail address as a username, and can choose and set your own password, and then you will be able to access the Members area. You will see a detailed page explaining how your statement is constructed, and also your specific statement details.
Therefore, please DO NOT ignore the invite, and check your Spam folders over the next couple of days to make sure you have received your invite.
Rather than comment by return email, we would encourage you to visit a page made available to allow you to ask questions if you are confused.
