WHO IS BEHIND SUA CASA?
We are a team of specialists in working with hotel and fractional owners, engaged in partnership with TRG to improve and refine the process of managing the relationship with the owners of property on the TRG resorts.
WHEN DO THE RESORTS OPEN AGAIN?
As we all know by now, things change quickly in a pandemic. Â As of December 2021 part of the Dunas and Llana resorts are open, and we expect the opening to full capacity to increase over the coming months, with Tortuga being the last to open hopefully by September 2022
WHEN WILL I START GETTING PAID INCOME AGAIN?
This depends on a number of factors - when your property is next used, how up to date your Resort Management fees are, and when the Tour Operators pay TRG.  If you contact us directly with your name and any other ownership details you have we will try to give yo a specific answer for your property
HOW DO I SELL MY PROPERTY?
We'd suggest first you get a value assessment of the property. Â If you cannot do that yourself, we can do that for a small fee through or professional contacts. Â With that we will give you some exit options, and may put you in touch with one of the buyers we have relationships with
IS MY PROPERTY BEING RENTED?
We are using the first quarter of 2022 to make sure people understand their state of account. Â The resort operators will compile quarterly rental information for us and then we will analyse this so we can start advising on rental income for individuals from April.
WHY I AM BEING ASKED WHERE TO SEND RENTAL INCOME?
TRG were asked to stop sending money to some owners (or their pensions) and instead send it directly to a company called Fractional Property Solutions Limited who say that they are owed money by property owners.  TRG cannot do this unless you agree, so we are trying to contact all affected Owners to get their direct instructions
