You will have a Management Agreement in place for your property with TRG which runs alongside your Rental Agreement. While many of the cleaning and servicing costs are covered by fees deducted from your Rental Income (see Rental), you also pay a monthly Beach Resort Management Fee which covers the maintenance of the fabric of the property, including the surrounding paths and pools, etc.
We will provide you with an update on the state of your Beach Resort Management Fee account, and if you have difficulty keeping that up to date, we will help you understand your options.
We will also monitor the terms of your Management Contract and discuss options with you when it comes up for renewal or expiry.
