When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.  Your personal information will only be used for the specific reason of supporting you to manage and operate your TRG Property Ownership.  We may engage third party agents to call you on our behalf in this process.

HOW DO WE STORE, USE, SHARE AND DISCLOSE SITE VISITORS PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Our Sua Casa Service only uses data provided by clients to TRG when purchasing or reserving property ownership.  We use the Six.com platform which provides us with Six.com's data storage, databases and the general associated applications.  They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

We do, from time to time, use regulated service providers to make outbound calls to Owners.  This is always under an agreement with an agent, and always only for the purpose of managing your Ownership.

HOW DO WE COMMUNICATE WITH OWNERS?

We may contact you, or sue agents to contact you, regarding your Ownership, to troubleshoot problems, to collect your feedback, to send updates, or as otherwise necessary in relation to your Ownership of TRG Property.  For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text message and postal mail.  We may engaged 3rd party agencies to perform these actions for us.
