We are a group of highly experienced specialists working with hotel groups who typically have some or all of their hotel rooms and villas owned by private individuals, either through a Fractional structure or as whole ownership. We understand the key aspects of this relationship between owner and hotelier because we are Owners ourselves. Within our team are property, hospitality and commercial finance specialists with years of experience, working with major brands such as Hilton Grand Vacations, RCI, Wyndham as well as luxury and boutique hotels. Our team has supported operations in the Caribbean, South and Central America, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
