We have been made aware that Rownamoor Trustees Limited has been wound up by the UK Courts and assets held by this Company are now in the hands of the Official Receiver.

Rownamoor Trustees Limited held assets on behalf of members of the Rownamoor SIPP and SSAS pension schemes. These schemes are now administered by AllTrust (for SIPPs) and WBR (for SSAS). You can click the relevant names to be directed to their websites.

We wish to reassure anyone affected that the underlying properties for fractional Memberships are not affected by this. It is not completely clear to TRG how the Official Receiver will deal with directly held properties affected by this scenario.

In the meantime, and until we receive guidance from the Official Receiver, please direct any enquiries to either WBR or AllTrust who have already begun to reach out to their affected clients.
