The Official Receiver is an Officer of the British Government

We communicated at the end of July to share information about the insolvency of Rownamoor Trustees Limited.

Last week AllTrust who administer the SIPP schemes related to the affected pensions wrote to their clients to explain that any TRG assets held in those schemes are now in the control of the Official Receiver, and that there may be a requirement to go to Court to enforce rights.

We encourage anyone affected by this to contact AllTrust using the e-mail address overseas@alltrust.co.uk urgently.

In the meantime, The resort Group have contacted the Official Receiver to see what action might be taken to protect those who have made investments via a Rownamoor SIPP.

We recognise that this will be of concern to holders of Rowanmoor SIPPs. However, we do not believe this will have any impact on Rownamoor SSAS clients - now with WBR - or any other pension providers.

Walso note that last week TRGFMH communiucated that they are in contact with the Official Receiver to see what they can do to supporrt affected Fractional Members.
