Payments continuing

As we complete the 1st quarter of 2026 we can report that each and every month of this year we have made distributions to Fractional Investors.

While we calculate the statement balances for the 2nd half of 2025, we continue to make payments to catch up balances for the 300 properties in who are operating under the original profit share contracts.

Those 435 fractional properties who have converted to the new rental agreement structure are up to date wity their payments up to and including March 2026.
