Autumn Update

We recently wrote on the issues associated with Rowanmoor Trustees Limited. We now understand that the UK Official Receiver has confirmed to TRG Founder Memberships Holdings Limited that they will not automatically take ownership of the Fractions previously held by Rowanmoor Trustees Limited. Having received this confirmation over the last 48 hours we will now resume payments to the affected Fractional Companies from next week.

TRG has received no guidance thus far on properties which are held directly.

In addition, TRG has now created draft statements for the first period of 2026 broken down by individual rooms. This is currenmtly being audited, and we expect to communicate the new room balances to TRG Founder Memberships over the next 2 weeks. This should allow them to update statements for their Fractional Members.
