In 2025 we were pleased that we were able to achieve the signiicant step of bringing 100% of Fractional Property Owners up to date with all yield owed to them based on earnings from their property up to the end of 2024. Of course, this still puts us a year behind, and we recognise that there is still work to do, but it is a significant improvement compared to the situation when Sua Casa started, where everyone was 4 or more years behind.


This does NOT mean that everyone will have received income, especially where properties were not being used, or where BRM arrears were so great that the income did not fully cover the money TRG had paid out to cover the site maintainance costs. (Remember that we have not now asked Owners to pay any BRM fees for over 3 years, and fractional owners also have no requirements to pay for the administration of their Fractional Companies).


We absolutely recognise that not everyone is happy with our performance, and we are always trying to improve, but actually there have been huge improvements in the 3 years we have been working as the Sua Casa Team.


As always, there is more to come. Of the 750 fractional properties that are operating on Sal, we now have 350 that are up to date with payments to November 2025. These properties will be receiving their payments on a monthly basis in 2026, and we are expecting to add another 90 to this in January. Again, a huge improvement.


So, as we beging 2026 we thank you for your continued patience and support. We thank those who have provide dmessages of gratitude and encouragement, and we look to do even better in the year ahead.
