Statements to the end of 2024

Revenues and statements have been distributed

As many will know, we embarked on a programe of bringing fractional revenues and balances up to date. By March of this year we were please to announce that 100% of fractional properties weer in receipt of all money owed by TRG - including historic payments from as far back as 2019 - top the 30th September 2023 Statements. This was part of the TRG commitment to work to bring payments up to date as quickly as possible.

This does not mean that everyone received payments - only those properties where the property had operated profitably to the end of 2023.

We then turned our attention to 2024, and over a period of 10 weeks ending last week we worked hard to issue new statements for all whole and fractional owners up to the end of 2024. The statements for fractions were shared with the Directors of the LBG Companies. Please be aware that TRG does NOT now sent statements to individual fractional owners because with som many Memberships now changing hands or selling, TRG cannot know who are the current Members.

TRG FMH, who manage the LBG Companies have informed us that they are coverting these property statements into individual Member statements which are being made availbale online starting with the Llana Resort this month. They are also already distributing 2024 payments to some Owners this month.

This does mean that we are catching up and that reveues are flowing to both whole and fractional owners.
