TRG Founder Memberships Holdings have asked us to share the news that individual fractional owners in Llana can now see their latest statements on line at www.trgfmholdings.com
Sua Casa is the communications arm for TRG that deals with fractional properties. We may be responsible for managing and renting out the property, but we do not manage the individual fractional owners. When the property generates an income, we provide the data on the performance of the property to the Directors of the LBG Company in the UK that holds the property interest - that is TRG Founder Membershiops Holdings Limited. Despite the similarity in name, TRGFMH is not part of the TRG Group, or owned by TRG. It is the independent Founder Member and Director of the LBGs. This separation was created over 3 years ago.
As recently so many Fractions (or Memberships) have changed hands, TRG will not even know the details of every Member of the LBG Companies now.
TRGFMH have now been able to reconcile the data we provide to create personalised statements which are available on line and the firsyt 1,500 statements for Llana owners were released yesterday. Dunas and Tortuga Statements are set to follow in the coming weeks.
Simialrly, when rental income is distributed, we send it to TRGFMH, who break it down to be available to individual members. Some Tortuga and Llana owners have now been receiving income this way for a year, and as the resorts improve performance and catch up on the negative years of the pandemic, more and more are becoming part of the distribution. These payments are also reflected in the online statements.
TRGFMH have asked us to make it clear that ONLY the names and e-mails of the Regsitered Owners will get access to the Statements. In many cases, this may be a Pension Administrator Trustee. If you are the beneficiary of such a scheme, you will need to contact your pension administrator for updates.
I wish I could get help. My husband died July 2023. I was his named beneficiary but according to them. When Colin died, his pension investment died with him. I have not been able to get any answers from them. No communications, just blanked
Still a joke ,£1600 paid into my account a couple of months ago ,same amount taken out the other week ,need shut of this ,waste of time 🤬🤬
