How to sell a fraction

We are regularly asked how to sell fractions. However, this process - the sale of a Membership - is not managed by TRG.

The Memberships are managed by a company independent of TRG called TRG Founder Memberships Holdings Limited.

They have helped fraction owners sell hundreds of fractions in the past year and they do not charge a fee for this service.

The process is simple - the owner of a fraction (as defined by the Membership register of the relevant LBG Company) purely need to send an e-mail to office@trgfmholdings.com stating the minimum price they are wiling to accept. The TRGFMH Team will then offer the Membership for sale to other interested parties under the rules of the Company.

If you do not know what price to set, you can state that you are open to offers.

TRG Founder Membership Holdings Limited have asked us to make it clear that as they represent ALL Members - both those who buy Memberships as well as those who sell them - they as a matter of policy will not propose or recommend a selling or buying price.

We at Sua Casa will provide an assessment of value if you wish. Simply send an e-mail to admin@sua-case.net seeking a valuation of your Membership. We process requests in batches, so it may take a couple of weeks to get an naswer back to you.

We are refreshing this advice given the number of requests we receive, and we are asking TRG Founder Memberships Holdings Limited to also share the same consitent advice to their Members.
