On Friday 8th March we sent out all of the Statements for Fractional Properties covering the 1st July to 30th September period.
As we explained in the last Statements, these are now being sent out strictly in accordance with the contractual structure, which means they have been sent to the Limited by Guarantee (LBG) Company which owns the property on your behalf.
One of the key reasons for this is that TRG does not hold or have access to the information on the additional fees that FPSL are trying to charge Owners or the Companies, and therefore any statement we send out will be missing important information or may be misleading.
This means that Dunas Owners now fall into 2 major categories:
- Those Dunas Fractional Owners who are part of Companies that have formally removed all FPSL influence will be receiving individual information and payment of yield at the end of this month. We are delighted that Owners will be receiving payments to their bank accounts very shortly. For those in this category please be alert as for some there will be a process of double checking correct account details for the payments.
- Those Dunas Fractional Owners who have not taken this step will need to contact the LBG Directors to get individual statements and balances. TRG does not have this information. As we have stated before, please be assured that TRG WILL NOT pay any income due to you to FPS Corporate Services, or FPSL and will retain it until your LBG gives clear direction on where it can be legitimately be sent.
