Following on from our communication over the weekend, we can report that the Dunas Resort statement for the period to 30th June 2023 have now been sent out.
Those who receive the statements electronically should already find them in your inbox. Those who elect to receive them by post will start to see them as quickly as the postal service permits.
These statements have a slightly improved format, and also have some very detailed covering notes, which include some options for action. Please read them carefully.

Clearly this Larissa / Sua Casa Robot does not actually read any posts on here otherwise we all may have had some feedback from our comments. Come on people, surely you must all know what is going off here.
The thing is, when TRG sent their so called pension advisors to visit our homes, claiming that our existing pensions were underperforming, there was never any mention that other companies could be set up by family members and steal what little money these illiquid 'investments' make. Surely a case for 'The Serious Fraud Office' to take on.
Has anyone on here gone down this route and, if so, what was their take on the situation?
Good morning everyone all we keep asking is what has happened to are so called rental money because as everyone keeps putting on here nothing has gone in.If the resort is open as we know it is as some friends of mine went this year, who is getting all the money.Plus how many different companies are involved in it because I never got asked to bring other people into it,and all probably take a cut something needs to happen before I have a break down.
I guess my money is going into the pockets of the top people who are running this scam. No rental income yet again. I’d love to see a recent photo of my so called apartment. I bet it is in a right state of disrepair 😡
