Dunas Rental Improvements

Last week we agreed to upgrade the Rental Agreements for 310 properties on the Dunas Resort
A number of properties on the Dunas Resort were performing poorly for fractional Owners and were not being well used by the Tour Operators. Some were effectively not being rented for the summer.
The Management Team on site have therefore embarked on an ambitious refurbishment and rebranding exercise aimed at improving demand, and as a consequence the Family Fun at Dunas brand will launch next month.
Along with this, we have agreed new Rental Agreements with the Owners of 310 rooms. These agreements mean that the Owners will receive monthly income starting from August 2025, paid every month, and they will no longer have any obligation to cover Beach Resort Management Fees.
The first income against these new agreements has already been paid to the Directors of the LBG Companies who hold these property interests on behalf of Fractional Owners, and the first distribution of this money onward to these Fractional Owners should take place by the end of this month.

We believe that Dunas Fractional Owners will be receiving updates from TRGFMH where they have benefitted from this change shortly (if not already).
