Better late than never

With our apologies, we wish to announce that we have now paid up to date another 65 properties, bringing their rental payments up to date.

A series of technical issues delayed payments, but these were resolved last week and we have now sent the money to the Directors of the LBG Companies affected for onward distribution.

The Directors' have acknowledged receipt of the funds and are organising to distribute. They have asked us to remind you that if you get an enquiry from Credas asking to verify bank details then this is genuine. If you do not answer the questions - which are required to comply with Anti-Money Laundering laws, then it will delay your receipt of income payments.
