Thank you to all of you who have been responding promptly when you have received the Anti-Money Laundering questions. We are really pleased that those who have have now been receiving the income, and we are grateful for the messages of thanks we get. We know for many of you it is late, but we are really pleased that more and more are now getting up to date with their income.
There are a few who have not responded, and in some cases their pension trustees have not replied. Please do check to see if you have received any correspondence and also encourage your pension trustees to respond.
As many of you now know, when a payment comes for the first time in a while you will first get notification of the intended payment and amount, and you will be asked to confirm details to allow for money to be sent to you. Where personal details are required a professional 3rd-party technology based system - Credo - is used to verify identity efficiently and securely on line. If you receive a letter encouraging you to access the Credo system this is genuine.
