Please don't ignore

If you have received a letter or e-mail from office@TRGFMHoldings.com asking for you to confirm bank details then this is genuine. TRG Founder Membership Holdings are managing the companies that fractional owners hold Memberships in. When they request TRG to distribute rental income to Members for the first time, they quite rightly conduct a check on the bank account details to make sure the money is going to the correct place. This is a normal process - and in fact is a requirement.

If you do get a letter asking for details to allow a distribution of funds, then this will probably be genuine.

It is always important to be cautious, so to help you check, the letter you receive should include the following information:

  • The name of the Member on the Register of the Fractional Company

  • The name of the Fractional Company - this will normally include the name of the Resort (Llana/Dunas/Tortuga) and some numbers - for example 123/4

You will be offered the choice of an ap-based verification which you can complete - the Ap is called Credas - or a manual verification by providing the usual evidence of identity.

If you receive this letter, it means that TRG will have some funds allocated and ready for sending to you as rental income. Funds have been distributed in June and July and further funds will be sent in August.

If you hold a SIPP or have a professional trustee managing your pension, then it is likely your Trustee will already have responded on your behalf.

The number of Members being brought completely up to date with income increases now every month, so please look out for the e-mail. The faster you respond the faster you will receive the payments.
