Where we don't have your e-mail address, we will send them out in hard copy.

If note there, perhaps we have the wrong e-mail address for you. You can correct your e-mail details by messaging us through the Sua Casa service. When you make contact, please ensure you identify yourself clearly so that we can make the required changes.
I have not received any statement
